Re: juvinile age

They can charge a 17 year old as an adult and generally will on the more serious charges. I have had some sucess getting a 17 transfered into the Family Court on criminal charges, but its difficult to do. As an adult however there is one program that is specifically designed for people from 17 to 25 years of age. My practice is in Horry County, but I take cases state-wide.
