Legal Question in Criminal Law in South Carolina
By law, do I have the right in South Carolina to see the radar gun after I am is
I was ticketed at 56 mph in a rural area of Charleston County on a 35 mph road. I was fined $150. I think the fine is too high (code 56-5-1520) and the officer did not let me see the radar gun he claimed to use. CAn I fight this in court due to the officer not letting me see the radar gun?
thank you!
