leaving the state
if i am charged with a crime but court date hasnt happened yet, am i allowed to leave the state?
also if i get convicted and get probation and community service would i be allowed to move?

Re: leaving the state
If you had a bond hearing, then leaving the state depends on if you were ordered to not leave the state. The judge could have verbally told you and/or it would be in your paperwork from the hearing. You should read it. And if you get probation, then it would be up to the probation department whether you could leave the state or not
