my litter brother went to belk with a friend to belk, and got caught for shoplift , and the value of the product is less than $30, he got take to the detention center for 6 hours , and we bond him out for $1000, he is going to the court on AUG 30TH , SO what should we do , should we hire a lawyer, and this is his first time,
