Legal Question in Criminal Law in South Carolina
I mailed a package and it was delivered to the wrong address. It was signed for and kept by the wrong person. Who is liable? and How do I get the package back or compenstion for the package?

Contact the company you hired to deliver it and and see what they say. Then if you have to you can try explaining the problem to the people that got it and see if they would be nice enough to give it back to you. If not, then you can probably sue both the company and the person that recieved it.
