Legal Question in Criminal Law in South Carolina
Marijuana Possesion
my son 16 had weed near a school but when we went to court they could not find his paper then on his court papers it show diss of crack/cocanie they postpone his court date but i wonder in ny they would have kicked that out can they do this here or what
