Is minor or minimal participation roles in federal downward departures (drug conspiracy) limited to an individual offloading pot,or can it apply to a person with 35-50g of a 500g conspiracy.

Its a little hard to tell from your question exactly what your referring to. If you are referring to criminal liability, then the answer is probably no. If your referring to mitigating circumstances for sentencing purposes, then probably yes.
