Minor assault
Girlfriend was inappropriatly grabed by a neighbor, they served a warrant for minor assault.She had no physical harm. How can she prove this in court?

It is not your girlfriend's responsibility to prove anything. She was the victim. Criminal cases are prosecuted by a solicitor and/or the police.
