Legal Question in Criminal Law in South Carolina

Need Help

I have moved to s.c and sence being here I have been arrested 2 times on charges where I should have been the victim. The first one was a girl came out in the road and jumped me and I was told neither one of us would be issued a warrent only to find myself sitting in jail the next day.. The 2nd was I was jumped by 3 ppl in a bal park they took my grandson whom I have raised for 2/12 yrs the other grandmoter signed a warrent on me saying I cut her on the arm I then again went to jail for abhan I was the victim what is the law on lynching and where is the true jutice do we really have jutice my grandson was taken from me in May and I have not got to see him or talk to him sence.. I really need help with understanding this because I feel I am being harrest because of who my family is. My credit card number was stolen from the bonds office and use for several charges but they sure are not helping me now that I am a victim of fraud but it sure did not take them long to arrest me.. I was also at a store where I was trying to find that my credit card number was used when I came out I went up to a offericer to ask if he knew where this store was only to have him tell me he had his man on the way to do a sybryity test on me that man final

Sorry to hear about all of your trobles. I read what you wrote and the only question you asked was, "What is the law on Lynching." Basically its a form of Assault and Battery by a group of people.
