What does it mean when a murder case is disposed.

It depends. Becareful if you see that term. There are web sites that list names of people that are in jail. The purpose of these sites are simply to give the public information on who is in jail, what their charges are and how much their bond is. Some of these sites will use the word, "Disposed" of to simply mean that the bond hearing has been held. That has nothing to do with the pending charge.

I do not know where you have seen the word Disposed and do not know what sentence it was used in or what document or other source it came from. Without a little more information I cannot tell you what it means.
