murder charge
if i was arrested 2yrs ago (nov)on a
case that was 8ys old at the
time.now 10yrs old.Is there a statue
of limatations on time.since my
arrest til they have to try my case?I
have been on house arrest for two
yrs paying out [email protected] am
not guilty but going broke.thanks if
you can help.

There is no Statute of Limitations that will help you. However, you can discuss with your laweyr the possiblity of filing a motion to have the case brought to trial, or possibly having the terms of your bond changed.
