Murder
My question has to do with murder.
My father in law shot and killed my mother in law. What is the maximun sentence that he could have in SC? How can I make sure that the Solicitor pushes for the maximum sentence?

Murder in South Carolina can range from 30 years, to life without parol or the death penalty. Its up to the solicitor as to what penalty to seek.
