i have a first offense cdv. can I ask for a pre trial probable cause hearing on this cdv? the arresting office closed this case weeks before for lack of evidence and no probable cause but the alleged victim wanted me arrested. can i get a probable cause hearing?

Yes. You can request a probable cause hearing. However, please understand that this should not under any circumstances be attempted without an attorney.
