Can an order by a judge be changed

I was sentenced to serve 30 day in jail, to be done on the weekends, but I want to take off from work and serve the time striaght. My probation officer said I can't because the judge order me to serve weekend time. What can I do?

An order is an order. Therefore, you cannot change it. Only the judge can change it. You could always try calling the judge's secretary and explain what you would like to do. She/he could speak to the judge and let you know. I say contact the secretary because most judge do not like being directly contacted by the defendant. Other than that, you are stuck with the order.
