Legal Question in Criminal Law in South Carolina
what do you think the outcome will be on a probation of violation hearing. The violation is not reporting and behind 790 dollars in probation fees.
1 Answer from Attorneys
Sorry, but you will need to provide a lot of information. It all depends on what the conviction was for, how long the person has been on probation, how long they have had to pay the fees and how much they have paid already, the person's record, how long its been since they reported, how mad the probation officer is mad, etc.
I would hate to give you misleading advise by just guessing. I wish you well.
