Legal Question in Criminal Law in South Carolina

I am the owner of a small business and my competitor is slandering my and my husbands character...what can I do to get this stopped as all she is saying is completely false?

You need to consult with and tell them everything that has been said, explain the circumstances and allow the attorney to ask the questions necessary to tell you what you need to know. Sometimes a warning letter from an attorney is enough to stop what is happening. Other times legal action is necessary. In either event, you should have a conversation with a lawyer.
