Legal Question in Criminal Law in South Carolina
I am currently on parole and residing in Utah on an interstate compact from Georgia. I reconnected with an old love that I've known for 21yrs in December of 2011. He was placed on misdameanor probation where he resides in South Carolina in February of 2012,and since it's misdameanor, they won't allow him to transfer here. We were in the middle of making plans to get married when this occurred so it threw a wrench in our plans. So I'm wanting to know if we go through with the marriage now will South Carolina allow me to parole to him if I put in to transfer there?

You asked, "will South Carolina allow me to parole to him if I put in to transfer there?"
Your question is very awkwardly written and I'm not really sure what your asking. Regardless of exactly what your question is, it would appear that it would be best answered by both of you each asking you parole officers. I do not know what the terms of either of your paroles are.
Good luck
