What is the penalty for "loitering for narcotics" in SC first time ever arrested

I have been practicing for a long time here in South Carolina and I'm not familiar with that law. I suspect its a County Ordinance. I don' think its a state law. I can't answer your question without seeing your arrest papers. Sorry
