Legal Question in Criminal Law in South Carolina
can i plead guilty to armed robbery then get my sentenced reduced or get my case thrown out after my original sentencing in south carolina
1 Answer from Attorneys
You might want to re-word your question, or call my office. I'm happy to answer your questions on the phone. I do not understand what you wrote. When you say, "original sentencing," that makes me think you may have two sentencings, and I do not understand how you could have two. I also don't understand what you are referring to when you ask about having your sentence thrown out after you plead guilty. If you plead guily you will be sentenced right then and there and nothing will be thrown out.
Your welcome to re-write your question and email me. I would suggest going into detail about your case so that I have as much to work with as possible. Or, your free to call me. I do not charge for phone consultations.
