Legal Question in Criminal Law in South Carolina

Help Me Plz..

I am 18 on probation for disturbing schools. I had a warrant for my arrest for no going to court. (traffic ticket) I got pulled over last night and charged with simple possesion. I gave my sisters name b/c i knew I had a warrant and I was on probation. So they booked me with her information and I was released this morning. Now they have a warrant for my arrest again b/c they found out I wasnt my sister. Im going to turn myself in but what should I do first and how much time do you think i will recieve. My sentence for probation violation is 30 days in jail. What other charges do you think I will get for giving a false name?

At this point the best thing you can do is retain an attorney. As far as your questions...........

You should make contact with a Bonding Company that can help you post bond and you will need to either have some money available or have a friend/family member with some money available so that you can immediately have your bond posted so you can get out of jail. As far as your sentence, that is nearly impossilbe to predict at this point since every case is handled differently and because I do not know all of the exact charge(s) that you will be facing.
