if someone is charged with possession of several drugs and underage drinking what are they faced with and what is bail?

You have to be more specific. Different types of drugs carry different sentences. For example, cocaine has a different penalty than crack. Herion has different penalty than marijauna. It also depends on the quanity of the drugs. The higher the quanity the more serious the charge.
