Possession of marijuana

What if a person is already on probation after doing 4 1/2 years for distrubition of crack is arrested for possession of 4 ounces of marijuana in South Carolina. What are the possible punishments?

I'm a little confused. Are you talking about doing 4 1/2 years in jail or 4 1/2 years on probation? If on probation and then convicted of a crime that occured during probation, then the judge could revoke the probation and give the person jail time. It would be up to the judge as what would be appropriate
