Legal Question in Criminal Law in South Carolina
possession of marijuana
My 20 year-old son and friends were charged with possession of marijuana traveling back from FL. It was not his, not his car. We live in NC and he is in college and never been in any trouble before. Will the PTI program work for him?

PTI is a wonderful program. A person that sucessfully completes it will not have to appear in court, will not have to pay a fine, no jail, no probation, no loss of a drivers license and best of all, they destroy the arrest record. Hope that helps.
