Legal Question in Criminal Law in South Carolina

Pre Trial Intervention

I know someone who successfully completed PTI and had their charges expunged in Georgia in 2006. However in February of 2008 the same person was charged in South Carolina. Will the solicitor in South Carolina have access to see that the person has previously used PTI in another state?

Re: Pre Trial Intervention

They usually have access to that information. Your fried can always ask for PTI. Either they let him/her in or the don't.
