Pre-Trial or Deferred Adjudificaton

18 and charged with Armed Robbery and 1st Degree Burlary, under21 w/handgun or knife, and use of handgun/knife in commission of crime, but this is the first time I've been arrested. Am I eglible for either of these probations?
