Probate of Brother's estate

Bro died w/will leaving equal parts to wife & siblings w/stipulation that siblings take care of wife til her demise. Oldest sister refused to recognize his will. Prev to brothers Wife's passing, oldest sis & ano sis took wife w/azheimers to atty & hd will prepd, lvg bro's entire estate to herself and another sis. Lvg the remaining 'intended' heirs out of their rightful inheritance. What can be done? I'd like these sisters jailed!

This matter can be addressed by the Probate Court. A probate attorney should be consulted with who can ask all of the necessary questions, review the will and advise.
