Probation Question
If I go to jai on a probation violation can I get bailed out or do I have to do the time?

If you are sentenced by the judge for having violated your probation, then you must serve the time. People are only bailed out when they have charges that are pending. You should consult with an attorney. Not all probation violations end up with people being sentenced to jail. Its totally up to the judge. Robert Johnston
