Concerning proper arrest procedure.
If a suspect surrenders their weapon are they still suspose to be shot?

No one is to be shot unless the police have reason to believe they or someone else is in danger, or in certain circumstances if the suspect is fleeing. I really don't know much about what happened so its hard to fill you in. Email me with more information. [email protected]
