public disorderly conduct
i was charged with public disorderly conduct but i was on private property. how does that work.

It depends. First of all, there are different laws on this. Some are state laws, city laws and county laws. There are written different. I would need to know which one you were charged with. If you received a blue ticket it says under Violation Section Number. If you were charged with a warrant, it should say somewhere around the top of the warrant. Secondly, they are allowed to cite people with this offense on some private property.
