What is the penalty if your found guilty of 2 counts of grand larceny?

It varies depending on the value of what was stolen. If the propery was worth between $1,000 and $5,000, the it carries up to 5 years in prison. If the value of the property is between $5,000 and $10,000, then its up to 10 years. It also depend on the defendant's record and other things. Call or email for more questions.
