Legal Question in Criminal Law in South Carolina
If i am about to be put on Probation, and i recievd a DUI while i was NOT on probation. But i have court for the DUI on feb 9th, will i get charged with probation violation for the DUI?

Let me put it this way for you. They cannot hold you in violation of your probation if you were not on probation at the time of the arrest. As long as you were not on probation you should be okay.
