rape?
if a woman is held against her will and the person touches her sexually what charges could be brought against this person

All I can do is give you "general" information. I am not looking up each individual law and giving you any specific information. Just as a general idea, if she was held against her will, then kidnapping is possible charge. As far as sexually touching her, we have several charges called CSC (Criminal Sexual Conduct) and its possible one of those might apply. There is also the possibility of a charge called, Lewd Act and Assault and Battery could apply.
