registered sex offender
can a case be re open after a plea of guilty? being held as a child for asex crime in a prejudice and racist city to not being offered a fair trial under those condition. can i get help from an expert who will be willing to open up an old case that have been hidden from the plubic but yet i still have to register as a sex offender
