Legal Question in Criminal Law in South Carolina
I rented a television from a rent to own store. In a really stupid decision, I pawned the television because I was short on money. This was well over a year ago. I have been paying on the television each week but have been striggling to keep up lately. Is there anything I can do to work an arrangement out with this company? If I notify them of this, can I be arrested even though I have been making payments?

Its hard to answer your question without seeing the written agreement that you signed. Probably the best thing you can do is to go back and read it real good and see if you are comfortable that you understand what it says. If you need to have it reviewed by an attorney then you should do that.
