Legal Question in Criminal Law in South Carolina

Replying.

Yes he was arrested for 1st degree burglary and Assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature. Mike was not outside the house and did not hear the woman give my boyfriend permission to go inside of her home, so he told the police that he was uninvited to the home. The womans name is on the lease and Mike's name is not. My boyfriend has been in jail for a little over 2 months now. I have laid out evidence from the woman saying that he did NOT commit this crime.

Something doesn't add up. If he was given permission and the lady he was trying to help told the police that then there would not have been an arrest for burglary. What county is this in? Use this email address. [email protected]
