Sexual Offender Registration in South Carolina

What is the length of time a person must register as a sexual offender if the charge and/or conviction had nothing to do with physical sexual contact [e.g. rape, child molestation, etc.] and the person is not registered as a sexual predator?

Your question is confusing. If a person is ordered by the court to register, then they must register and stay registered.
