Simply Assault

What are the penalties for Simply Assault. Can they offer CS and fine, before I go before the Court. I was released on PR bond. 1st offence. I'm a full time student.

It carries UP TO 30 days in jail and or a fine. Community service happens occasionally. Be careful doing this without a lawyer. They are taking Assault & Battery and Domestic Violence cases real serious and are strongly prosecuting. Best advise is to have a meaningful discussion with a lawyer.
