Legal Question in Criminal Law in South Carolina
My sister has been on probation for almost 5 years and only has til December to be completed the term sentenced by judge for her to be in probation my question is she has violated the terms and condition in her stipulation by not reporting and is scared to death because they're is an open warrant for the violation she is bound and determined that if she can avoid law until December that's the end of her 5 years term than she will be ok and it will magically disappear and that they no longer would be looking for her as if she completed probation successfully is that true? Can she actually be in the clear after then or is the warrant still active and valid and most important be sent to prison

Your sister is mistaken. She is in violation of the court order. I recommend her seeing a lawyer. The sooner the better.
