Legal Question in Criminal Law in South Carolina

ok. here is my situation. i recently got myself involved with a nurse who writes me perscriptions for lortab 10mg and i get one like every 2 weeks.. like as perscribed. this has been going on for about 6 months i usually use walgreens or walmart but recently i went to riteaid and they could not fil it do to the signiture being printed and not hand signed so i went to get it back and they said they coild not find it. well a week later dhec called me saying they had me picked out of a line up and he said there were others. he says if i cooperate he can just make surei dont do it again and jump through a few hoops and get me help. i played stupid and told him i would have to get back to him. i dident actually write the scrip so is it forgery still? i dont want this nurse to loose her career but i dont wanna take the blunt of these charges he called today and left a message saying if i dont get back to him he is gonna come get me HELP i have no knowledge of the law in this matter
