Legal Question in Criminal Law in South Carolina
A Solicitors Role
My solicitor told me that my lawyer mailed him a letter stating that they were dropping me for non payment, as a result he told me that is I did not find a lawyer in 30 days that he would revoke my bond and send me to jail until I am to appear in court. Can he do this to me?

Re: A Solicitors Role
The best person to talk to is your bondsman. He/she is the one that controls the bond, not the solitictor.
