Legal Question in Criminal Law in South Carolina
My son was caught at school with a gram of pot while 15yo. Was suspended. Completed all counciling. Started back to school. Has be over a year and still no court. Just last week caught again by HP in friends car. Simple possession again. What will happen ad should I get a lawyer?
