Legal Question in Criminal Law in South Carolina
I'm in South Carolina, charged and arrested for 24 hours, now in general sessions court, with hit and run attended vehicle with no injury, no damage. I doubt the other driver will even show up. I'm sure the cop will show up. what penalties am i facing? Am I going back to jail?

Each case is different and they all depend on a person's record, the amount and quality of the evidence, how mad the victim is, and many other factors. Usually people don't go to jail on these charges. But then again, I don't know anything about your record and haven'ts seen the discovery on this case. I would answer your question if I could.
