Legal Question in Criminal Law in South Carolina
Can South Carolina Extradite for Bad Check
I have a bad check in South Carolina from 1995, but I live in another state. Can South Carolina have me arrested in another state and extradited back to South Carolina for a 7 year old misdemeanor warrant ?
Can I take care of this warrant without going back to south carolina. If so, how ?

Yes. They can bring you back. The best way to handle the matter is to contact an attorney in S. Carolinz to look into the situation. The attorney may be able to resolve the matter without you appearing.
