Legal Question in Criminal Law in South Carolina

i don't stay in aiken,ssouth carolina.but called about a letter that my grandmother said came to her address which is in south carolina concerning a warrant for my arrest on a misdormenor charge.i called and the lady at the sheriff's office said i have a gun charge and a armed robbery how iss this so when i dont go to s.c. because this will violate my ten years probation
