What is the next step down from accessory to murder?

I assume your referring to what is called, "A Lessor Included Offense."

I'm not sure there is one with Murder. Off hand, I have never heard of one. But its possible and would require some research. Sorry, but I just don't know off the top of my head.

Can you tell me if the person charged with Murder was convicted?
