I stole several deposits from my employee, can i be charged with breach of trust 12 times once for each theft

There are specific laws that address that. As a general rule of thumb, if each theft has different evidence and was at a different time and dates, then its possible they could be tried separately. However, if they are substantially the same, then they could try them all together.
