Legal Question in Criminal Law in South Carolina

time and how long if any

I would like to know how long is prison if you burn your home and told them you did it person is in jail don't know if we sould get them out because i don't want them to do something to themselves if they know they had to go back could you tell me how long this would carry know ins. was paid still paying for home and will keep it and remodel please help me to know what to do thanks

There is no way to answer your question without more information. A lawyer would need to know what the charge is, what the person's criminal record is, what kind of evidence there is, if there are other defendants, if anyone was harmed, etc. There is no set amount of time that a person gets.
