traffic ticket

I was arrested for a traffic violation

that was not told to me until i had handcuffs on. the office then told me that i was driving down a one way street. I did not know that the street had became a one way this was the way that i always took. so when the officer arrested me he then began to seach my car whaen i asked him why i was placed into the car and my ? was not answered while he was seaching he found a dime bag that was not mine and i did not know how or were he got it from he said that it was under the passger seat. Was any of this a violation to my rights

So far you haven't told me anything to indicate that any of your rights were violated. A police officer has a legal right to search a car that they pull over. Once they search, if they find something illegal, then they have probable cause for an arrest. However, you are still presumed innocent of any charges until proven guilty.
