Type your question here...i was charge with cdv first offense my warrant has the wrong loction of were it was suposse happens at can i have it throw out on that reason also the family court dissmissed the order of protection but now i have t face it in summury court

Having something like the wrong location is usually just considered a typo and they will not dismiss it because of that. There are however some unique ways of making that parcular charge go away. Some of those charges are legitimate, and a lot of them are trumped up charge based on emotions. You are welcome to call if you want.
