Legal Question in Criminal Law in South Carolina
Type your question here...Someone,has asked me to stand-in as the beneficiary of a dead-man,to collect the money,in his savings account,which is about $23.7 million USD..Isn't that,Illegal? and what would happen,to me,if I were ever,caught?

You haven't explained enough for me to understand what is going on. I have no idea what "stand-in" means. Does that mean with a Power of Attorney? Does that mean go to court? What exactly does that mean? Are they asking you to pretend you are the dead man? Do you know these people. Did you get an email from them?
